职位概要(Job summary): • Responsibility of working with cross-functional teams comprising of Quality, Production, Supply Chain and Program Departments to achieve organization’s goals. and playing a key role to build robust process during NPI phase, and to contribute CI (continuous improvement) in MP.

工作职责(Responsibilities): • Deliberate to develop the process including full set of documentations such as Process Flow-chart, PFMEA, Validation OQ/PQ and WI. • Maintain high quality / compliance standards in line with Medical Devices manufacturing requirements. • Key player of change management, offer process relevant technical risk assessment. • Continuous Improvement of VAVE Lean manufacturing • New opportunity sample build: Conduct the new opportunity sample build, by ensuring that product and commitments are being met or showing manufacture capability to customer. • Lead or Support customer complaint investigation • Other tasks assigned such as scrap reduction etc.

任职资格(Qualification): • College degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical, electronic, or equivalent. • Above 2-years’ + related working experience. Medical product development/manufacturing will be preferred. • Strong in failure analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. • Demonstrate a dynamic, motivated & flexible approach to work with results-oriented attitude. • Demonstrate a practical understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and statistics. • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills. • Fluent English skills. • Knowledge of ISO & FDA compliance is an advantage.
