As a Corporate Real Estate intern, you will assist with the management of real estate needs and gain practical experience in Real Estate methodologies and data analysis techniques. Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects across the Real Estate departments, which may include research, data entry, administrative support, or assisting with specific initiatives - Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities - Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development - Assist with real estate due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions - Utilizes internal property portfolio database to abstract all real estate contracts and warehouse all real estate documents - Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the property portfolio database - Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned - Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge - Support the maintenance and organization of files, documents, and records - Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while ensuring the completion of assigned tasks Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing related degree - < 1 Year - Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to own a business - Humble; willing to do tasks that others might consider beneath them - Hungry to be developed and passion to develop others - Basic oral and written communication skills - Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, e-mail software - Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources - Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability - Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude - Determined and trustworthy Required Skills: Data analysis, Real estate methodologies, Property portfolio database Benefits: Lunch and Learn Series with Quanta Executive Speakers, Multiple networking opportunities between interns and upper management
