Human Resource Business Partner at Qualitest in Chennai

We are looking for a People Experience Partner to drive employee engagement, culture, and people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This role will partner with business leaders and employees to enhance employee experience, support organizational effectiveness, and build a high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and employees on people-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
• Manage onboarding, internal mobility, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Support employee relations, career development, and team effectiveness.
• Analyze people metrics and employee feedback to drive improvements.
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR teams on policies, programs, and process enhancements.
• Plan and execute communication and culture-building activities.
• Coach managers on effective people practices and leadership capabilities.
• Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and empathy.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in HR, People Experience, HRBP, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and people practices.
• Experience partnering with managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in people analytics.
• High level of ownership, empathy, and confidentiality.
• MBA/Master's in HR is preferred.
