Product Analyst at Qualified Health in Palo Alto, CA

Summary: Qualified Health is redefining what’s possible with Generative AI in healthcare. The Product Analyst will support the Product team in discovering, designing, building, and deploying custom AI assistant solutions for healthcare clients, while working closely with Product Leads and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end process to develop, evaluate, and test AI assistant products for hospital system clients - Engage directly with health system employees to identify high-value use cases - Conduct product discovery with end users, including workflow mapping, key data and document requirements, product features, and evaluation metrics - Align with stakeholders on product features, user groups, and rollout plan - Leverage the QH Assistant Builder platform to develop and evaluate AI assistants; coordinate with the engineering team on technical support as needed - Lead user training and testing; collect feedback - Coordinate communications and customer support for assistant rollout - Support Product Leads on account management and strategic initiatives, such as: - Creating presentations for regular check-ins and executive meetings - Conducting data analysis to support use case business cases and impact analysis - Leading user training webinars for existing product deployments - Preparing monthly governance metrics for client accounts - Contribute to identify new use case opportunities that can scale across client sites - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation of best practice and participation in team learning sessions Required Qualifications: - Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience) with demonstrated proficiency in generative AI technologies - Advanced understanding of GPT models, prompt engineering, and AI application development - Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies - Able to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience building custom AI applications - Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or IT systems - Previous internship or project experience in consulting, client services, or healthcare technology - Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools - Experience working in cross-functional team environments Required Skills: Generative AI, GPT models Important Skills: Data analysis tools, AI application development Nice-to-Have Skills: Healthcare workflows, Data visualization, Analytical thinking, Client interaction, Learning agility, Project management, Internal collaboration Benefits: Equity packages, Robust medical/dental/vision insurance, Flexible working hours, Hybrid work options
