We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Data Insights Manager to lead and grow our marketing data & analytics function. In this role, you will manage a team of data professionals focused on delivering actionable insights, predictive models, and scalable data solutions that directly influence business growth and customer acquisition strategies.
This is a unique opportunity to combine team leadership with hands-on technical work, helping shape the future of data-driven marketing at Quadient. You will work across multiple systems and data sources to create a unified customer data layer that powers attribution, segmentation, propensity modeling, and ROI measurement.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analytics engineers, data scientists, and data engineers
Develop and enhance marketing data models and predictive analytics, including attribution, audience building, and propensity modeling
Drive implementation of multi-touch attribution models for B2B marketing environments
Oversee data transformation, reverse ETL workflows, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and scalable data architecture
Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and improve targeting strategies
Contribute hands-on to technical work, including data modeling, transformation, and analytics workflows
qualifications
Proven experience leading teams delivering data engineering, analytics, or machine learning projects
Strong background in marketing analytics, especially within B2B environments
Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and customer analytics
Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL
Experience working with modern data stacks such as GCP, BigQuery, DBT, Dagster, or similar tools
Knowledge of data warehousing, reverse ETL, and data transformation processes
Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights
Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and ownership mindset
Nice to have
Experience with Machine Learning, propensity modeling, or AI-driven MDM solutions
Familiarity with CDP platforms such as Segment, Hightouch, or Eloqua
Experience integrating data across multiple CRMs and ERPs
