Project Manager (Korean Speaking) at Qode in Da Nang, Da Nang, Vietnam

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients
• Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and related stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
• Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling
• Participate in presale activities:
• Clarify requirements
• Estimate effort/cost
• Prepare proposals and delivery approaches
• Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the delivery process improvement and project operation management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development/IT Outsourcing in PM role
• Experience working with international clients
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
• Proficient in Korean communication
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and business-oriented thinking.
• PMP certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in presale or solution discussions.
• Technical/development background.
• Experience working onsite or in customer-facing roles.
