In this contract role as a Finished Goods Formulation Technician I, you will support the Finished Goods team by formulating stock solutions and ensuring product quality in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Execute formulation processes in line with approved work instructions, including chemical material handling and line clearance - Measure and prepare materials accurately by mass and volume using formulation and testing equipment such as balances, overhead mixers, and Nanodrop systems - Thaw, handle, and process enzymes, oligos, light‑sensitive materials, and perform oligo annealing - Document all production activities in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) - Perform SAP transactions, including order confirmations - Ensure compliance with ISO Quality, EHS standards, and QIAGEN’s Quality System - Support the Finished Goods Fill/Pack team and contribute to a collaborative, problem‑solving team culture Required Qualifications: - You hold a Bachelor of Science degree and bring at least one year of relevant industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - You demonstrate a basic understanding of ISO Quality Systems and Lean Manufacturing principles - You work with a high level of attention to detail in a regulated production environment - You communicate clearly and effectively within a cross‑functional team - You show reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow through feedback and goal setting Required Skills: Formulation Processes, Chemical Material Handling, Mass and Volume Measurement, Use of Balances, Use of Overhead Mixers, Use of Nanodrop Systems, Enzyme Handling, Oligo Annealing, Documentation Practices (GDP), SAP Transactions, ISO Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing Benefits: Bonus/Commission, Local benefits, Referral Program, Volunteer Day, Internal Academy (QIALearn), Employee Assistance Program, Hybrid work (conditional to your role)
