·ConfigureServiceNowHRSDandITSMmodulesbasedonbusinessrequirements.Customizeworkflows,forms,andUIelementstoenhanceuserexperienceandstreamlineprocesses.

·Integrate ServiceNow with other
HR and IT systems to ensure data consistency and smoothinformationflow.CollaboratewithotherITteamstointegrateHRandITprocessesintoaunifiedServiceNowplatform.

·ImplementandmaintainHRSDandITSMmodules,includingIncidentManagement,ChangeManagement,RequestFulfillment,KnowledgeManagement,andother

maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations,customizations,andintegrations.Providetrainingtoend-usersandsupportteamsasneeded.

·Continuous Improvement: Stay
updated on ServiceNow platform updates and industry bestpractices.ProposeandimplementcontinuousimprovementinitiativestooptimizeHRSDandITSMprocesses.

Requirements
Qualifications:

·ServiceNowExpertise:In-depthknowledgeandhands-onexperiencewithServiceNowplatformdevelopment,particularlyinHRSDandITSMmodules.
·Development Skills: Proficiency
in scripting languages (JavaScript), ServiceNow APIs, anddevelopmentbestpractices.ExperiencewithUIPolicies,BusinessRules,andClientScripts.
·HRandITKnowledge:UnderstandingofHRandITprocesses,includingincidentmanagement,changemanagement,andotherrelevantservicemanagementpractices.
·CommunicationSkills:Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.Abilitytocollaboratewithboth technical
and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technicalconcepts.
·Problem-Solving:Analyticalandproblem-solvingskillstoidentifyandresolveissuesrelatedtoHRSDandITSMprocesses.
