Job Description

We are hiring IT Recruiters with 1–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. Candidates should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing IT positions.

C2H (Contract to Hire) hiring experience is important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and candidate closures.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful joining.
• Handle C2H hiring requirements effectively.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• C2H hiring experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working 5 days in the office.
