Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
• Sound judgment, critical-thinking skills, and a willingness to take initiative.

Preferred:

• Associate degree or coursework in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in administration, customer service, purchasing, project support, or a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Exposure to contracts, procurement, project coordination, budgeting, or quality documentation.

Contract management experience is not required. What matters most is your ability to learn, stay organized, ask good questions, and keep things moving.

Why This Role Matters

Industrial projects involve a lot of moving pieces—customers, suppliers, materials, schedules, costs, quality requirements, and documentation. You'll play an important role in keeping those pieces connected and helping the project team deliver on its commitments.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop practical knowledge in contract administration, project coordination, procurement, quality, budgeting, and TAB operations while working alongside experienced professionals.

The Person Who Will Thrive Here

You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who:

• Gets things organized and notices when something doesn't look right.
• Follows through instead of letting action items disappear.
• Communicates well with people across different teams and levels of the organization.
• Asks questions and isn't afraid to dig for answers.
• Can juggle priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Takes ownership and looks for practical ways to improve how work gets done.
• Wants to learn and grow their career in a technical, project-driven environment.
