As a Talent Consultant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Talent and Development team, focusing on identifying, deploying, and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will focus on providing comprehensive talent support for leaders and guidance for employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will play a crucial role in improving employee retention, development, and performance within our Internal Firm Services practice.
Responsibilities
Leading talent development initiatives to align with business objectives and enhance employee skills
Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and training methods
Managing employee performance and providing coaching to leverage team strengths
Analyzing and identifying system linkages to improve talent processes and outcomes
Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
Engaging in stakeholder communications to address conflicts and facilitate resolutions
Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
Encouraging continuous learning and professional growth among team members
Building relationships to foster a culture of inclusion and teamwork
Utilizing analytical thinking to drive strategic questioning and decision-making
Review and monitor performance results of employees during probationary and annual performance review cycle
Monitor progress of employees who are unable to achieve performance targets and ensure that corrective actions are in place
Lead and execute the annual performance management communication timeline for all performance management processes
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree
- At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in the related field, preferably in a corporate or business setting and at least 2 years’ experience in Performance Management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
