Technical proficiency: Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, among others). Effective communication: Ability to clearly explain complex concepts, both verbally and in writing. Project management: Organize time, resources, and deliverables with a sense of urgency and efficiency. Teamwork: Collaborate smoothly with different departments and professional profiles. Customer orientation: Understand external needs and expectations to create customized proposals. Leadership ability: Guide and motivate the team to achieve common goals. Demonstrated track record in projects or proposals won thanks to design contributions.
