Job Description:
• 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational transformation, or management consulting.
• Strong exposure to financial services operations (asset management, private equity, banking, or similar).
• Handson experience with process mapping, operational diagnostics, and workflow redesign.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies, operational risks, and control gaps in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Visio, Signavio, ARIS, or Lucid chart.
• Business process discovery and operational diagnostics
• Process reengineering and workflow redesign
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and operations teams
• Process modeling and documentation (BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping)
• Root cause analysis and structured problem solving
• Stakeholder interviews, workshops, and facilitation
