Pega Lead System Architect at PwC India in Gurugram, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development and configuration of Pega applications including REST Services, Connectors, Email Listeners, Case Lifecycle, Notifications, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and Case Design.
• Configuration and customization experience with Pega Constellation View.
• Working knowledge of Deployment Manager and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database interactions relevant to Pega implementations.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end feature development and collaborate effectively with offshore and onshore teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, UI, backend, and database issues within the Pega platform.
• Act as a technical leader providing architecture guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Ensure best practices in Pega application design, performance, scalability, and security.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience with Pega Constellation (Pega 24+) in production environments.
• Prior experience as a Senior Developer with strong architectural and leadership skills.
• Active involvement in design and development using Pega versions 23/24 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS and JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Certifications Required:

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Version 8 or higher preferred; versions 23+ strongly preferred.
