" Job Description SAP SD professionals design, implement and deploy SAP ERP solutions for sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities, all business transactions in SAP Sales and Distributionrelativeto Pricing and billing and Customer Servicecomponent. *Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provideappropriate systemsolutions;identify, interpret,validateand document customer requirements •Facilitateworkshops to collect business requirements • Map client business requirements,processesandobjectives;developsnecessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. • Design, customize, configure and testing of SD •Identifygaps,issuesand work around solutions. • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. • Handle changes or emergencytransportsas needed forhigh priorityissues. • Document functional designs, testcasesand results. • Proactivelyidentifyand propose business process and/or system enhancements • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. • Provide ad-hoc training and user support asrequired • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members *Mandatory skill sets Minimum of2years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. Minimum of2years designing and configuring SD modules.
