" Job Description & Summary: Role Purpose Lead end-to-enddigital transformation and PMOfor large capital projects inmetals & mining—covering planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization. You will drive adoption ofdigital/AI solutions(e.g.,5D BIM, advanced scheduling & risk analytics,drone/LiDAR-based progress tracking,IoT geo-fencingfor materials,digital twins, andGenAIassistants for controls and reporting) to deliver measurable improvements intime, cost, quality, and safety. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities A. PMO Execution Maintainwork plansand look‑ahead schedules; update progress, logic ties, and milestones inPrimavera/MS Project. RunEVMcalculations (CPI/SPI), cost/schedule variance analysis; prepare management reports. Supportrisk registers, mitigation tracking, and safety audit follow-ups; assist in compliance documentation. B. Procurement & Vendor Performance Trackmaterial delivery performance; maintain vendor scorecards and expediting logs. Support bid evaluations, contract change requests, and documentation. C. Digital/AI Enablement BuildPower BI/Tableaudashboards (time, cost, risk, quality, safety, regulatory). AssistBIMcoordinators with5D BIMlinkages (quantities, cost/schedule) and model reviews. Operatedrone/LiDARprogress workflows (with supervision), assist in computer vision checks for site safety. RunIoT + geo-fencingmaterial tracking dashboards; flag exceptions (route deviation, dwell breaches). UseGenAIassistants for executive summaries, daily status notes, risk logs, and stakeholder communications (governed by data policies). D. Documentation & Stakeholder Support Maintain PMO registers (change, interface, issues, decisions); compile weekly/monthly packs. Coordinate meetings, actions, and follow-ups with EPCs/vendors/regulators; support site visits & audits. Required Qualifications & Experience 2–5 yearsrelevant experience inconstruction + metals/mining + PMOon capex projects. PMP®(preferred; willingness to obtain within 12 months). M.Tech(NICMAR)preferred;alternativelyBE/B.Tech(Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) + MBAwith relevant project experience. Hands-on withPrimavera/MS Project,Power BI/Tableau/Excel,BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure todrone/LiDARandIoTtracking advantageous. Core Skills Planning & controls, data handling, dashboarding, report writing, on-ground coordination. Detail orientation, problem solving, collaboration; strong communication & stakeholder management. Working Model Extensive travelto project sites/client offices.
