In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process. Our Transaction Services (TS) practice comprises teams of dedicated and highly experienced professionals, and draws from their wide range of collective technical skills and expertise, intimate market and industrial knowledge to help strategic and financial investors on either sides At least 1 year audit or financial due diligence experience with Big 4 accounting firms​
