The PwC Deals team is growing significantly, bringing an increasing volume of projects across the full Deals spectrum – fromFinancial Due Diligence, throughM&A and valuations, to broader transaction advisory services. We are currently working on multiple transactions in parallel and are looking to strengthen the team with an experienced consultant who can take ownership of projects and be accountable for their successful delivery. Whether you are currently working in Big 4, a consulting firm or an investment environment, if you have strong experience in Deals, M&A, valuations or due diligence and want to further develop it within amulti‑skilledteam, this role could be a great fit. About the role We are looking for an experienced Deals consultant who will play akey role in leading projects, primarily with a focus onFinancial Due Diligence, while naturally being involved in broader Deals activities as well. At PwC Deals, our people aremulti‑skilled, combiningexpertiseacross due diligence, M&A,valuationsand financial modelling. While Financial Due Diligence is an important pillar of this role, it isnot the only possible backgroundwe are looking for. This position is open to experienced Deals professionals ranging from seniorconsultanttomanager‑levelprofiles. Your responsibilities lead and coordinateFinancial Due Diligence projects, from smaller assignments to complex transactions with further growth potential, take full responsibility for thequality of analyticaloutputsand clientdeliverables, analysefinancial statements and identify key risks and deal drivers, lead preparation ofEBITDAnormalisations, working capital,debtandcash‑flowanalyses, contribute tovaluations, financial modelling and M&A analysesdepending on project needs, communicate with clients at a senior level and translate expectations into practical team solutions, work closely with tax, legal and other advisory teams, develop junior team members, provide mentoring and support allocation of responsibilities within the team. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced colleague who is ready to take responsibility forprojects and people. Ideally, you have: 4+years of relevant experiencein Financial Due Diligence, M&A, valuations, financialauditor transaction advisory, experience inleading projectsand working with multiple stakeholders, a strong understanding offinancial statements, solid skills infinancial analysis and modelling, the ability to formulate clear conclusions and actionable client recommendations, strong communicationand presentation skills, fluency inSlovak and English. An advantage would be: stronger exposure toFinancial Due Diligence projects, experience from Big 4 or an investment environment, ACA / ACCA certification, prior experience in mentoring and people development.
