As an AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing consulting services that streamline processes and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your specialized skills to analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance on implementing technology solutions and process automation. As a Specialist, you will provide technical know-how, conduct in-depth analyses, and support specific projects with your specialized knowledge. You are expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value for clients and contribute to the team's success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on developing innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational performance. Your role will involve providing guidance on operational excellence frameworks and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. By applying a learning mindset and appreciating diverse perspectives, you will contribute to the success of our clients and the team.
Responsibilities
Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, specifically in accounts receivable follow-up and collections
Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
Implementing technology solutions and process automation to optimize operational performance and drive business success
Supporting clients in streamlining processes and improving productivity through operational excellence frameworks
Conducting in-depth operational analysis to provide specialized advice and guidance on process optimization
Developing innovative solutions to address client needs and improve operational effectiveness
Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored consulting services
Applying lean process improvement methodologies to reduce waste and optimize workflow efficiency
Utilizing Six Sigma techniques to enhance operational processes and achieve desired outcomes
Managing service operations to validate quality delivery and customer satisfaction
Engaging in project management activities to lead teams in achieving project goals and meeting success criteria within specified timelines
What You Must Have
- Minimum Qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in
any discipline from a recognized university/institution
Min 6 months to 3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone) Job Description Data
What Sets You Apart
- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms
- Experience with Epic HB or PB systems
- Excelling in documentation and reporting
