You will take responsibility for at least one element of project delivery and lead that section - reporting into senior staff to ensure the engagement is on track. You will analyse,buildand present solutions and findings - contributing significantly to creating deliverables with impact for clients. You will play a key role in building relationships both internally and externally. Ngāpūkengakeiakoe/ Skills and experience Keep up to date with industry knowledge asappropriate todevelop a specialist level ofexpertise Contribute to the development ofapproved innovative client service offerings by applying knowledge Apply a professional mind-set, consulting on issues as appropriate Identifytechnical solutions to client/industry issues using pre-existing materials such as methodologies orpreviousengagement Performproject reviews Effectively apply PwC frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards Consultwith theAssignmentManager todetermineclient document management procedures Demonstrate awareness of PwC’s risk management policies and procedures in verbal communication and documentation Completeappropriate documentationfor any client discussions and research undertaken Perform assigned tasks appropriately ensuring you are understanding and monitoring completion of deliverables Establish initial processes to gather information asrequiredto clients within the scope of the assignment Display professional judgement inidentifyingwhen to seekassistance Take overall responsibility to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, within deadlines and all available resources are considered Interact with and contribute to the coordination of workand efforts of external parties and/or colleagues on a One Firm basis Present ideas in a concise and well thought out manner showing how these ideas bring value to PwC or the client Writewell-structured reports/report sections that highlight the key issues/views to theclient Identifypotential opportunities for PwC to help clients, and refer these toappropriate teammembers Ngāpūkengakakaweamaiekoe, kawhakawhanakehiarāneiitēneitūranga / Skills you will bring or develop in this role Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience using structured approaches to improve business processes and perform business analysis and/or design.
