PuroClean Restoration Specialists is looking for a Lead Technician who can take ownership of restoration projects and lead our team in the field.

Our customers call us after water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage. We need someone who can walk into that situation, connect with the customer, lead the team, and keep the job moving.

Who We're Looking For

• Have empathy and can read people and adjust how you communicate.
• Have a sense of urgency and understand that restoration work can't wait.
• Are detail-oriented. Photos, documentation, equipment, cleanliness, and the little things matter.
• Are process-oriented and understand the importance of doing things the right way consistently.
• Are a problem solver who recognizes issues and takes action.
• Have strong follow-through and don't leave loose ends for someone else.

What You'll Do

• Create a plan and lead technicians in executing it
• Communicate with customers throughout the project
• Take photos, moisture readings, and document work daily
• Follow IICRC standards, company processes, and safety requirements
• Identify problems or changes in scope and communicate them promptly
• Keep jobs moving while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism
