Experienced D2D Reps Wanted

Top Performers Earn $120,000 – $250,000+ Per Year Average Commission: $4,000 – $6,000+ Per Closed Solar Deal Compensation: 100% Commission (Unlimited Income Potential) Location: Greater Houston Area

You're Already Good at Knocking Doors. Now Get Paid Like It.

If you've sold pest control, alarms, roofing, internet, fiber, windows, or HVAC, you already have the hardest skill in sales.

The question is — why keep knocking doors for small commissions when the exact same skill can pay you 3–5X more in solar?

We're looking for experienced appointment setters ready to move into a higher-income industry.

Why Join Our Team?

• Represent Puretex Solutions — a Houston-based company operating across solar, roofing, fiber, and energy efficiency
• Top setters earn six figures, elite performers earn $120K–$250K+
• Average commissions of $4,000–$6,000+ per installed system
• Paid the week after install — not 90 days later
• You set the appointment. Professional closers handle the sale.
• Proven training, mentorship, and daily support
• Reliable installs and consistent commission payouts
• A long-term career, not the next summer sales program

Who We're Looking For

We're NOT looking for people who have never knocked doors.

We're looking for people who:

• Have door-to-door sales or appointment-setting experience
• Can handle rejection without losing confidence
• Know how to start conversations with homeowners
• Have a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Want to earn significantly more than they're making today
• Are coachable and hungry to become top producers

If you've survived a summer in pest control or alarms, you already know what it takes.

Now it's time to get paid what those skills are actually worth.

Your Role

As an Appointment Setter, your only responsibility is to:

• Knock residential neighborhoods
• Generate homeowner interest
• Set qualified appointments

Our experienced solar consultants handle the presentations and close the deals. You focus on generating opportunities. We handle the rest.

Compensation

• 100% Commission
• No income cap
• Paid weekly following install
• Weekly performance incentives
• Advancement opportunities into leadership

Top performers consistently earn $120,000–$250,000+ annually.

This Isn't for Everyone.

If you're looking for an hourly job, this isn't it.

If you're tired of working harder every year for the same paycheck and know you're capable of more, we'd like to meet you.

The people who thrive here aren't afraid of hard work — they're simply ready to be paid what they're worth.

Apply today and see why experienced door-to-door reps are making the switch to solar.
