You'll come up with the ideas, write the scripts, film and edit short videos for Punchpass, Australia's fastest growing loyalty platform.

About Punchpass
Cafes, barbers, salons and ice cream shops use Punchpass instead of paper stamp cards. We're in 500 plus venues, have 50,000 people using the app, and are about to pass 1 million stamps. This is our first content hire. The co-founders, make all our content right now and will teach you exactly how we do it. The goal is for you to take that and get better at it than we are.

What you'll do

• Come up with ideas for short videos for Instagram Reels and other short video platforms
• Write the scripts and plan the shoots
• Film in venues across Brisbane on a phone or camera, including customer stories and quick one take clips
• Edit everything and get it posted
• Make a lot of it: around five different videos a day once you're up and running
• See which videos work, drop the ones that don't, and go through the numbers with the founders every week

What we're looking for

• A showreel of short videos you've made. This matters more than your degree or CV
• You know why people stop scrolling on one video and keep scrolling past the next
• You can write lines that sound like a real person talking
• You edit fast in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• You're comfortable walking into a cafe, talking to the owner and filming on the spot
• A driver's licence helps, because our venues are all over Brisbane but not required.
