Job Description
Summary: Pump.co is a fast-growing company focused on tech solutions, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative to help build relationships and explain their offerings. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their challenges, and ensuring solutions align with their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions that match what our customers need
- Chat with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money
- Outbound through various channels including email, cold call, LinkedIn, etc
- Show why our tech is valuable, whether you're talking to tech experts or those new to it all
- Understand our product roadmap and make sure our solutions align with what our clients are looking for
- Keep strong ties with key customers. Be the bridge between customers and our teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
Required Qualifications:
- Clear communication skills: Speak and write clearly
- This would be a fast-paced job. Things might change, and tech is always evolving
- Work well with different teams. Communicate with engineering, product, and others to ensure customers are happy
- Athlete mentality, a chip on the shoulder, and the desire to change your life through the startup
