Senior Manager Category Controlling Europe Location: PEG - Regional HUB YOUR MISSION Build relationship with regional Merchandisers and global product management to be part of a new season planning right from the beginning Provide analytics and recommendations to support range reduction Maintain and further develop existing reports with focus on BI Reporting Promote existing BI reports to target audience by continuously demonstrating the key advantages of the interactive reports Provide deep business analysis with focus to explain developments instead of only naming them Preparation of monthly financial reports and comments Benefit from commercial controlling reports and combine data to merchandising dimensions (efficiency, margin, volumes, sell-through, sell-in, ABC-Analysis, Range overlap analysis, Category overlaps, SMU-Analysis Provide monthly Purchase Order Data for Reporting EIS based on ordered products and upload data to HFM for month end closure Ensure merchandising plans are in line with sales plans RBU Reporting (sales, units, margin): Actuals and each planning scenario Margin Control, Support Forecasting, Demand Planning, Volume planning and establish purchase order check points Inventory Controlling Create Audit reports: Sales with negative margin (aging, inventory on hand, risk analysis). YOUR TALENT Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in controlling or similar field Good Business understanding preferably in fashion, footwear, or sporting goods You possess a strong aptitude for analytics and a commitment to ongoing professional and personal growth Proficiency in Excel and office products is a given, and familiarity with Power BI is an advantage Solid communication skills (English and German) with ability to influence non‑technical stakeholders Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
