Lead Head Office & Programs Global Operations Location: PUMA Way Headquarters YOUR MISSION Act as internal consultant for Global Operations and wider PUMA organization Lead individual Global Operation initiatives as directed by COO and Senior Director Head Office & Programs, ensuring timely implementation in alignment with overarching corporate strategy Contribute to development of Global Operations strategic narrative and its break-down into concrete targets and supporting initiatives Adopt - jointly with key experts within Global Operation functions - a holistic metrics framework to identify focus areas and steer decisions in Global Operations Prepare COO & Global Operations leadership communications to increase transparency of strategic direction and better engage the organization Drive executive-level presentations and reports to communicate current business performance and strategic initiatives to key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., SVB meetings, internal milestone meetings etc.). YOUR TALENT 6-10 years of relevant working experience in management consulting firm or Strategy/ Program Management/ Business Development roles in established corporations Experience with fields in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management or Technology is a plus Proven ability to lead complex strategic transformative programs and projects Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industry Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions Very strong communication skills towards senior management Experience with Power BI is a plus Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports.
