YOUR MISSION
Drive profitable sales growth, market share, and distribution quality across assigned field accounts
Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with independent retail partners, ensuring premium brand representation
Execute seasonal sell-in and in-season activities, including assortment planning, re-orders, and retail activations
Monitor performance KPIs (sell-through, inventory, productivity) and optimize stock levels and store execution
Identify market opportunities, gather insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve account performance
Act as guardian of distribution by implementing international guidelines locally, ensuring the right partners and assortments to support long-term brand success
YOUR TALENT
Proven experience in field sales, account management, or retail partner management within consumer or sporting goods
Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, hands-on, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools, with a strong understanding of retail environments and willingness to travel
Language skills: Fluent in English and Polish, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
