Overview
Responsibilities
Your Impact
- Provide L2/L3 support for Azure infrastructure, platform services, and business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot incidents across Azure, Active Directory, VDI, networking, and access management services.
- Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, and other observability tools.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of production issues within SLA targets.
- Support release, maintenance, disaster recovery, and operational readiness activities.
- Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.
- Contribute to operational automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Platform Operations, Production Support, or Cloud Operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across Azure VMs, networking, storage, identity, and access management.
- Experience with Active Directory, VDI environments, and enterprise support operations.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to support US business hours and participate in occasional on-call rotations.
Set Yourself Apart With
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Understanding of Azure security, governance, and cloud best practices.
- Experience supporting energy trading or other business-critical enterprise platforms.
