They are seeking an Intern in Client Finance to assist with budget reports, client billing audits, and financial reporting while gaining hands-on experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Responsibilities: - Review time entry /time approval reports and follow up on open items - Prepare budget reports for client meetings - Review and audit client billing codes - Run financial reports for monthly production accrual - Assist with annual audit, preparing documents for various requests - Participate in weekly status meetings - Other duties and tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: - Rising college/university senior or 2026 graduates with/working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field - Passion and interest in marketing and advertising industry - Capacity to learn, grow, and improve on feedback as necessary - Excellent organization and time management to prioritize workload and multi-task - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving - Attention to detail - Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internships are a plus but not required Required Skills: MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Budget reporting, Financial reporting, Client billing audit, Audit preparation, Curiosity Benefits: Medical coverage, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K, Parental and family care leave, Family forming assistance, Tuition reimbursement, Flexible time off
