The Associate Compliance Manager will support compliance strategy and execution for advertiser clients, manage publisher outreach, and ensure timely resolution of compliance violations. Responsibilities: - Support the growth of major financial, telecommunications, retail, and travel brands in the world’s leading affiliate marketing network - Manage publisher outreach and ensure violations are remedied in a timely manner - Apply monitoring technologies and auditing to the client’s specific needs using skills in careful planning, creative thinking, strong communication, and outstanding attention to detail - Develop mastery of compliance tools and use them appropriately to monitor for and investigate compliance violations; consistently review and optimize monitoring technology - Leverage data including referring URLs, performance, and violation trends to improve compliance monitoring coverage, speed, and accuracy in identifying and resolving issues - Manage content auditing URL lists, audit criteria, and related communication with supporting team members - Execute ad hoc audits as needed to meet service requirements, e.g. time-sensitive promotional content updates; conduct quality assurance reviews - Ensure all aspects of compliance service are being executed thoroughly and accurately - Identify and pursue additional monitoring needs, risks, and coverage expansion ideas and opportunities - Provide reliably accurate, on-time deliverables - Be responsive to client, publisher, and internal communications - Communicate consistently and professionally with and on behalf of clients - Proactively share information and strategic guidance with clients relevant to the industry, their business vertical, and specific program - Accurately maintain all reporting and tracking logs - Develop comprehensive knowledge of CJ Publisher Service Agreement and related policies - Develop comprehensive knowledge of your client’s program terms - Maintain and continuously expand industry knowledge including publisher business models, CJ technology and systems related to compliance, regulatory developments - Provide consultation and guidance to help advertisers develop clear policies aligned with industry best practices and help publishers understand and abide by those policies - Regularly reflect on client needs and where compliance is adding value; identify and pursue opportunities to optimize compliance coverage and resource utilization Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or commensurate related work experience - 1+ years experience delivering high-quality professional services to business clients - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint - Self-driven, focused individual who takes initiative to solve problems - Excellent logic, reasoning, and critical thinking skills - Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills - Intrinsic curiosity with a methodical approach to investigating and resolving issues - Ability to act decisively with good judgment - Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively across time zones, geographies, and cultures Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Compliance monitoring, Data analysis, Auditing, Affiliate marketing compliance, Regulatory knowledge, Publisher management, Judgment Benefits: 401K matching, Wellness programs, Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, Flexible time off without the hassle of accrual, A generous number of paid holidays, Company-sponsored team-building events, An Employee Referral Program, Annual recognition awards, Hybrid work arrangements for optimal work-life balance, Parental bonding leave, Backup care options for children and elders, An employee discount program, International SOS program for global support, Business Resource Groups, where employees connect over shared interests to cultivate an engaging, inclusive environment
