The Analyst, Data and Analysis role involves contributing to reporting needs for client marketing efforts, analyzing performance data, and supporting marketing initiatives throughout project lifecycles. Responsibilities: - You’ll lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts - You’ll work on brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and/or online testing strategy - Keep a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, search, and/or social campaigns - Work in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards - Identifying nuances in data to optimize our clients’ business - Support marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting - Analyze data to tell a performance story that can be easily communicated to senior leadership Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry - analytics or marketing - Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity - Familiarity with Excel and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau a plus - Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment - A tenacity to solve problems, find solutions and seek out the unknown - At ease in front of the client, as in-person presentations and meetings are a key part of this role - Understanding of how LLMs/AI work in a business setting Required Skills: Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, Excel, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, Performance Reporting, Marketing Analytics, Campaign Measurement, LLM/AI Business Application, Curiosity, Tenacity, Client Presentation Benefits: Medical coverage, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K, Parental and family care leave, Family forming assistance, Tuition reimbursement, Flexible time off
