Technology Consulting Intern at Public Consulting Group in Remote

Summary: Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions implementation and operations improvement firm that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. The Technology Consulting Intern will support Technology Consulting Region 2 by contributing to client-facing business analysis work, internal process development, and special initiatives under the supervision of a TC Director. Responsibilities: - An intern with PCG will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide array of fields in a fast-paced and challenging environment - Marketing research and records maintenance - System documentation review and updates - Testing and quality assurance - Data analysis and reporting - Assistance with communications - Other duties as assigned - Conduct business analysis activities, including field mapping, process mapping, and business process reengineering aligned to client needs or supporting the Business Solutions COE - Lead or support special TC projects, such as developing improved approaches for how TC provides business analysis services (e.g., methodology handouts for client visits) - Support client deliverables through research and documentation - Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning - Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders Required Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Effective interpersonal skills - Desire to learn and achieve - Experience with Microsoft Office - Must be enrolled in a full-time degree program Required Skills: Microsoft Office Nice-to-Have Skills: Desire to learn, Verbal communication, Written communication, Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills Benefits: Medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, Parental leave, Bereavement leave
