About Us
PT Pyramids of Chi is a wellness and sound healing retreat in Ubud, Bali. We are growing a group of creative and wellness brands, including Pyramids of Chi, Future Resonance, The Zen Republic and High on Humanity, and we are looking for a hands-on marketing team member to help bring them to life online.

About the Role
You will be the execution engine behind our social media and content across four brands. Working to a structured weekly schedule, you will take briefs from each brand lead and deliver consistent, high-quality content on time. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategic management position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, edit and publish content for Instagram and TikTok across multiple brands
• Edit reels and short-form videos, and handle post-production
• Curate and maintain each brand’s Instagram grid and visual consistency
• Create assets in Canva, CapCut and other creative tools
• Manage community engagement (comments, messages, interactions)
• Coordinate PR and KOL/influencer activity
• Prepare and send newsletters
• Handle marketing administration (content calendars, reporting, asset organisation)

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Strong video editing, reels and post-production skills
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and other creative tools
• Experience working across multiple brands or client accounts
• Strong English communication and marketing administration skills
• Ability to follow briefs, manage deadlines and deliver consistent output with minimal supervision
• Organised, creative and able to work independently from day one
• A portfolio of social media and video content (required)

Nice to Have

• Experience in wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or creative industries
• Experience with PR, influencer coordination or email marketing tools
• Basic photography or graphic design skills
