Maintenance Technician

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and repairs across three warehouse locations, covering plumbing, HVAC filters, lighting, and structural issues like dock and door repairs.
• Execute specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on tote and drum filling systems, including pumps, valves, and flow meters.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex 3-phase (480/240V) and single-phase electrical systems.
• Use PLC software (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens) to diagnose logic issues, program updates, and debug automated machinery and HMI interfaces.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic components.
• Manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule and document PM routes, minimizing emergency downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and personnel to resolve issues quickly
• Complete other duties as assigned to support plant operations
Job Qualifications:
• Basic plant electrical knowledge (220-480 volt)
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, specifically with automated production or packaging lines.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience with Ladder Logic and industrial control circuits.
• Expertise in pumps, compressors, and motor control systems.
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
