As a Loader – Rail Switching Technician, you'll play a key role in daily operations by safely loading railcars and supporting rail movements within an industrial facility. This is a full-time role with stability, strong team support, and clear advancement potential. Job Duties & Responsibilities:Loader• Cleans and inspects railcars prior to product transfer• Connects and disconnects loading arms or hoses• Checks for leaks, weighs railcars, and completes paperwork Warehouse• Operates a forklift and other warehouse machinery to safely load product onto trailers• Inspects trailers to ensure product securement and no trailer damages• Reviews and / or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy • Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job Job Qualifications• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams• Speak, write, read fluent English• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
