They are seeking an Engineering Intern to assist engineering teams with project support, data analysis, design drafting, and prototyping while adhering to safety and documentation standards. Responsibilities: - Assist engineering teams in executing various projects by conducting research, performing analysis, and contributing to design and development activities - Collect, organize, and analyze data to support engineering decisions and optimize processes - Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings - Create and revise engineering drawings, tooling, schematics, and plans using relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) - Participate in the development of prototypes and test models - Help assemble and test prototypes under the guidance of senior engineers - Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and project progress reports - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure project objectives are met - Assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues and challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements - Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues - Actively improve safety in the workplace by participating in Gemba to identify and remove hazards - Actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in a relevant engineering degree program (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, industrial, chemical, etc.) at an accredited university or college - Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in engineering - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus Required Skills: Engineering degree, AutoCAD, SolidWorks Important Skills: Data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills, Teamwork abilities Benefits: Interns will be provided with mentorship and guidance by experienced engineers., Successful completion of the internship may lead to future career opportunities within the organization.
