Job Title: Training Manager Health Insurance

Department: Learning & Development / Training

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Strategy & Execution
• Design and implement zonal training strategies aligned with national goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Learning COE teams to tailor training programs for agents, managers, and intermediaries.
• Ensure consistent delivery of onboarding, product, compliance, and sales capability training.

2. Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of regional trainers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and skill assessments.
• Drive trainer engagement through recognition programs and career development plans.

3. Program Management
• Plan and execute training calendars, including special interventions and development programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business KPIs (e.g., agent productivity, retention, compliance).
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and internal training standards.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Coordinate with Zonal Sales Heads, State Heads, and HR to align training with business needs.
• Support business planning through manpower development and capability building.
• Act as a master trainer for high-level initiatives and strategic rollouts.

5. Quality Assurance
• Ensure content consistency and adherence to facilitator guides.
• Track training outcomes and course-correct based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Support audits and compliance checks related to training delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
• Experience: 1015 years in training, preferably in insurance or BFSI
