Heralds Home Health is looking for dependable, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing home health team in the South Bay!

If you enjoy working independently, providing one-on-one patient care, and having flexibility in your schedule, we'd love to hear from you.

• Torrance
• Redondo Beach
• Manhattan Beach
• Hermosa Beach
• Palos Verdes
• Rolling Hills

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Monitor patients' conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures within LVN scope
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and the care team
• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Active California LVN license
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned visits
