Your mission

As a VAS Messaging & Service Delivery Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the evolution, operation and optimization of Proximus' Value Added Services platforms. You will work on messaging services and Service Delivery Platforms that support critical customer-facing telecom services.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, architects and operational teams to ensure platform reliability, innovation and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert for Messaging and Service Delivery Platform solutions.
• Analyze and review vendor design and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate technical activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Validate solution quality and compliance with business requirements.
• Support the introduction and testing of new functionalities and services.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to system evolution, lifecycle management and modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams.
• Participate in an on-call duty rotation for critical incidents.
