If you are passionate about building systems that directly impact millions of users' retention and engagement journeys, we'd love to talk.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech solutions
Take ownership of operational excellence, including performance tuning, incident response, and root cause analysis

4-6 years of experience in backend development
Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python
Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale
Strong understanding of storage systems, query performance, and caching strategies

experience with distributed caching strategies and tools
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), messaging systems (Kafka), CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions and Docker)
Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery timelines in fast-paced environments
You are passionate about growing engineers and leading by example
