US Family Health Plan is a Department of Defense-sponsored health plan for uniformed services members, retirees and their family members. Responsible for managing the following types of projects:
- Medium to high level complexity
- Increasing levels of criticality
- Medium to large sized projects (1,000+ effort hours)
- Internal application, system, implementation, process, technical, and other corporate level projects

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent relevant work experience in IT or a healthcare related field.
- 2 years of successful project management experience
- 1 year of experience in healthcare information technology.
- MS Project experience required.
- Experience leading/managing project planning activities (WBS development, scope, schedule, budget, resource acquisition).
- 1 year of experience leading/facilitating all types of project meetings, including pre/post meeting activities.
- Experience leading collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: Project Management certification, or commitment to obtain certification
- Project management experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
