Patient Authorization and Referral Representative - Outpatient Registration at Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX
***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, TX.***
This position is primarily responsible for the intake of new consultations. This job scope includes collecting all patient demographics, clinical medical records, and pertinent insurance information. This position should be knowledgeable about financial clearance.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of healthcare office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of healthcare office experience
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Customer service experience including answering a multi-line phone system
- Patient registration and scheduling experience in a medical setting
