Job Description
Summary: Protiviti is a global consulting firm that focuses on providing innovative solutions to clients. They are seeking an Analyst for their Americas Delivery Center to support operational excellence and collaborate on various projects related to technology, risk, compliance, and business performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and accomplish tasks for the project assigned to them in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings
- Contribute to operational excellence, working collaboratively with various teams and projects, and ensuring high satisfaction for clients and stakeholder teams
- Learn business processes, technical skills, project requirements and industry knowledge
- Develop professional relationships that contribute to exceptional operational delivery and results
- Absorb new knowledge and information to develop new skills
- Articulate key findings and results both written and verbally
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor's degree from accredited university in relevant academic area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with many cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to absorb new knowledge and information to develop new skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and requests
- Ability to articulate key findings and results both written and verbally
- Being coachable and receptive to feedback
- Being detail oriented and organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- You enjoy contributing to operational excellence, working collaboratively with various teams and projects, and ensuring high satisfaction for our clients and stakeholder teams
- You are motivated to learn and are interested in all things related to controls testing, including the latest trends and developments such as: The testing and auditing of business processes and IT internal controls
- In demand skills around business processes, auditing, GRC systems and data platforms
- The understanding of business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and the client's business in a variety of industries
- You enjoy collaborating with teammates from diverse backgrounds to create exceptional outcomes
- You are highly organized and able to learn project management concepts
- You value serving on a team and promoting a positive culture that fosters open communication among all members
- You have the ability to be innovative and come up with solutions for problems
- You are adaptable and enjoy working on a variety of projects and tasks
