Job Description
Join a high accuracy, production focused operations team that keeps provider information up to date across multiple systems for a well-known health insurance company in Massachusetts. If you are detail oriented and enjoy structured work, this is a great role to build experience in healthcare operations.
Per company policy, only candidates currently living in Massachusetts will be considered
Need-to-know Information
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: $18/hour
Job Type: Project/contract currently expected to run through late January 2027, with potential to extend based on business need

Responsibilities
Validate and enter provider information from forms and supporting documents
Read requests, interpret what update is needed, and enter the correct data into the correct fields
Update demographic and provider details such as name, address, phone, fax, office hours, billing and site addresses, tax ID, and panel status
Follow a defined workflow and meet production and quality standards
Work across multiple systems and screens, staying organized and accurate
Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of data entry experience
Experience in roles like data entry, invoicing, inventory processing, banking or teller work, census style processing, or other quota based accuracy driven work
Experience having work reviewed for quality or accuracy against clear standards
Strong accuracy and attention to detail, including in situations where mistakes have consequences
Comfortable doing repetitive, detail heavy work for long periods of time
Able to follow a structured process without skipping steps
Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
Must be currently living in Massachusetts at the time of application. Anyone living outside of Massachusetts will be rejected for this opening.
