Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Property Meld | Work Hard. Have Fun. Make an Impact.

Are you the kind of person who builds relationships, solves problems, and doesn't back down from a challenge?

Do you enjoy working with people, finding solutions, and turning challenges into opportunities? Are you someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about making a difference?

At Property Meld, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who brings energy, grit, and a passion for helping others succeed.

We're not looking for someone who simply checks in with customers and asks how things are going. We’re looking for someone who owns the commercial health of their book of business: protecting revenue, growing accounts, and making Property Meld something customers can’t run their operations without. That means building strategic relationships with decision-makers, tying our platform to the results they care about, spotting risk before it turns into churn, and finding where we can deliver more value.

Experience is a big plus. But attitude, adaptability, and the willingness to learn matter just as much.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advocate throughout their journey with Property Meld.

Your mission? Help our customers succeed, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver even greater value.

You'll:

• Build relationships that last. Develop strong, trusted partnerships with customers by understanding their businesses, goals, and challenges.

• Drive customer success. Help customers maximize the value of Property Meld through product adoption, strategic conversations, and ongoing support.

• Get ahead of problems. Recognize potential challenges early, ask the right questions, and take action before small issues become big ones.

• Own the outcome. Take accountability for customer health, retention, and renewal readiness. Follow through, even when things get complicated.

• Find opportunities for growth. Identify ways customers can expand their use of Property Meld when it makes sense for their business.

• Be the voice of the customer. Collaborate with our Product, Support, and other internal teams to share feedback, solve problems, and improve the customer experience.

• Use data to make decisions. Track customer health, identify trends, and turn information into meaningful conversations and actionable solutions.

Who Thrives Here?

We're looking for someone who combines strong people skills with determination, accountability, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

You'll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Have Grit. You don't back down when things get tough. You tackle challenges head-on, navigate difficult conversations, learn from setbacks, and stay determined to get results.

• Lead with Humility. You're confident in your abilities but know there's always more to learn. You listen first, ask questions, welcome feedback, and recognize that success is a team effort.

• Act with Integrity. You do what you say you're going to do. You take ownership of your actions, communicate honestly, hold yourself accountable, and do the right thing, even when it's difficult.

• Embrace Agility. You thrive in an environment where things move quickly and priorities shift. You think on your feet, adapt to change, find creative solutions, and keep moving forward.

• Demonstrate Loyalty. You genuinely care about the people you work with and the customers you serve. You build meaningful relationships, follow through on commitments, and invest in the long-term success of your customers and teammates.

What You Bring to the Table

We recognize that great Customer Success Managers come from a variety of backgrounds. While relevant education and experience are valuable, we're equally interested in your capabilities, character, and potential.

We're looking for:

• Strong communication skills.

• The ability to build relationships, solve problems, and navigate challenging situations through a consultative sales approach.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Comfort learning new technology, working with data, and adapting to new processes.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a strong sense of personal accountability.

Even better if you have:

• Previous experience in sales, customer success/service, or account management.

• Experience working in SaaS, technology, or a subscription-based business.

• Familiarity with customer retention, renewals, account growth, or strategic account management.

• Experience in property management, real estate, maintenance operations, or PropTech.

Don't check every box? That's okay. If you have the drive, people skills, adaptability, and grit to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Our Culture: Work Hard. Have Fun. Make an Impact.

At Property Meld, we believe you can be serious about your work without taking yourself too seriously.

We're a high-energy, high-performing team that sets ambitious goals, holds ourselves accountable, celebrates wins, and genuinely enjoys working together.

We believe a great workplace is about more than just getting the job done. It's about the people you work with, the relationships you build, and the impact you make.

That means creating opportunities to connect, have fun, celebrate accomplishments, and give back to the community we're proud to call home. Whether we're working together to hit a big goal, enjoying workplace activities, celebrating team successes, or supporting local causes, we believe in showing up for one another and making a positive difference beyond our office walls.

If you're looking for a quiet, slow-paced environment where every day looks the same, this probably isn't your role. But if you thrive on energy, teamwork, challenges, and a workplace where people genuinely enjoy what they do, you might fit right in.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're someone who loves building relationships, takes pride in solving problems, and wants to be part of a team where your contributions genuinely matter, we'd love to hear from you.

Bring your curiosity. Bring your grit. Bring your personality.

We'll bring the challenges, the opportunities, and a team that's ready to win together.
