Intern - Global Supply Chain at Propelis in Remote

Summary: Propelis is a portfolio of global marketing services and technology companies with extensive operations. The Supply Chain Summer Intern will support initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations, providing hands-on exposure to supply chain processes and data analysis. Responsibilities: - Analyze supply chain data (spend, inventory, freight, supplier performance) - Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools - Identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities - Support Management Operating Review (MOR) reporting - Assist with supplier research and benchmarking - Support RFQ/RFP processes (data collection, bid analysis, comparisons) - Help track contract compliance and supplier performance metrics - Participate in supplier communications and follow-ups - Support freight and logistics analysis (cost, service levels, carrier performance) - Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues - Evaluate opportunities for route optimization and cost reduction - BI dashboard - Consolidation of D365 - SAP - GSC KPI's - Medius - Medius Support - SAP support Required Qualifications: - Working on a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer software, supply chain management, business, or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Power BI exposure or usage - Project Management - Analytics - Programming skills Required Skills: Data Analysis, Excel, Power BI, Programming, SAP, Medius, D365, Project Management Benefits: Group benefits currently include a selection of health care plans with prescription drug coverage, Dental plan, Vision plan, Basic and supplemental life insurance, A flexible spending account for medical and dependent care expenses or a health savings account based on plan selection, Short/long term disability, 401(k) Savings Plan
