Senior Manager, ESG & Global Citizenship
Overview
The Senior Manager, ESG & Global Citizenship will lead the development and execution of programs that advance the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy with a strong emphasis on global wellbeing, employee impact, and community engagement. This role will translate company values into measurable programs that support employees, strengthen communities, and enhance the company’s global reputation.
Key Responsibilities
ESG Strategy & Program Leadership
Support the development and execution of the company’s ESG and Global Citizenship strategy aligned to business priorities
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Communications, Legal, and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment and integration
Track, measure, and report on ESG initiatives, including wellbeing and community impact metrics
Global Wellbeing Strategy
Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive global wellbeing strategy that supports physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing
Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and locally relevant across regions
Partner with Total Rewards, People Team, and regional leaders to integrate wellbeing into the employee experience
Evaluate and optimize vendor partnerships and wellbeing platforms
Global Citizenship & Community Impact
Oversee global giving, volunteering, and community engagement programs
Develop campaigns that drive employee participation in social impact initiatives
Manage nonprofit partnerships and align efforts to company focus areas
Measure and communicate impact internally and externally
Employee Engagement & Culture
Build programs that connect ESG and citizenship efforts to employee engagement and employer brand
Partner with Internal Communications and Employer Brand to amplify programs and storytelling
Support leadership communications and visibility of ESG priorities
Governance & Reporting
Contribute to ESG reporting, disclosures, and benchmarking efforts
Ensure programs align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices
Maintain documentation, policies, and processes related to global citizenship initiatives
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in ESG, corporate social responsibility, employee experience, or related fields
Experience building or scaling global wellbeing or social impact programs
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ESG reporting frameworks or impact measurement preferred
Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.
Base Pay Ranges:
SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:
Base Pay Range: 166,500.00 - 244,200.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 136,200.00 - 199,760.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 124,100.00 - 182,050.00 USD
