They are seeking a Partner AI Enablement Intern to accelerate the rollout of AI-powered enablement experiences across their partner ecosystem, contributing to initiatives like AI-driven simulations and a custom ChatGPT. Responsibilities: - Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance adoption and impact of Avarra AI simulations within the partner ecosystem - Identify gaps in simulation workflows and recommend improvements to increase engagement and usability - Support the design and content strategy for a secure, private custom ChatGPT knowledge assistant - Curate, structure, and validate enablement content to improve AI response quality and relevance - Test simulations and AI assistant outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and business alignment - Analyze usage data and partner feedback to identify trends and recommend enhancements - Support communications and change management efforts to drive awareness, adoption, and measurable impact Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in related field (graduation date between fall 2026 – spring 2028) - Able to commit to working from June through November 2026 (full-time during summer, part-time during fall) - Strong interest in AI, enablement strategy, and applying emerging technologies in a business environment - Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into actionable improvements - Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating across functions - Comfort operating in fast-moving, innovation-driven initiatives with evolving priorities - Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, governance, and user experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), simulation platforms, learning technologies, or knowledge management systems is a plus Required Skills: AI tools, analytical mindset Important Skills: enablement strategy, communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: attention to detail Benefits: Competitive compensation, Comprehensive benefits, Career success on your terms, Flexible work environment, Annual wellness and community outreach days, Always on recognition for your contributions, Global collaboration and networking opportunities
