Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Criminal Justice Preferred

Supervisory and or management experience preferred

Current Texas Property and Casualty Adjuster License in Texas (other states a plus )

Strong background in adjusting complex Bodily Injury & Property Damage Claims

Strong background in estimating/appraising Auto Physical Damage

Litigation Experience (preferred)

Bilingual English & Spanish Preferred

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Negotiation and problem solving skills

Planning and Organizational Skills
