Job Description – DSR (Distribution Sales Representative)

Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

*Key Responsibilities*

- Manage spare parts distribution and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely execution of customer requirements.

- Ensure availability of spare parts as per customer demand.

- Identify and arrange required parts accurately.

- Coordinate customer requirements with warehouse operations.

- Monitor inventory availability and maintain stock accuracy.

- Follow up on orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

- Maintain proper coordination between customers, sales, and warehouse teams.

- Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

*Mandatory Experience*

- Hands-on experience in warehouse/distribution operations.

- Experience in spare parts distribution.

- Good knowledge of inventory management.

- Experience in parts identification and order fulfillment coordination.
